These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta, Canada, for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services.
Before filing a claim against Pizza73, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We'll try to resolve the dispute by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you or Pizza73 may bring a formal proceeding.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver by Pizza73 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Pizza73 to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may assign or transfer these Terms, at our sole discretion, without restriction.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or documents provided by Pizza73, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pizza73 regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the subject matter of these Terms.
